I applied on another job searching site online and within a few days I received and email giving me two interview times I could come in for. I didn't know before coming in, but it was a group interview with another woman. We were sat with the hiring manager and he asked us general questions and even gave us time to think about our answers. The interview process was casual and not intimidating. The other woman and I both got the job within about 3 days after the interview by phone call.

They ask this each time: What is a time you have provided good customer service?
Relatively easy asked me to tell them about how I would handle different situations and previous retails experience. I interviewed with a manager and was asked about my availability. I got a call the same day.

Interview
Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
