I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Plaistow, NH) in Jan 2012
Interview
The reason they are hiring is because they are remodeling the store and moving the experienced workers to the over night shifts. I had two 1:1 interviews. They were both very friendly. It was my first interview, and it was very comfortable. I first interviewed with a lady, who asked the basic questions. Then, I interviewed with a man, who asked about the same questions. After that, I just had to fill out some paperwork for references, background checks, ect. Then it was done. The interview took about a half n hour long. The interview was overall a very positive experience. They said it would take 2 weeks to find out if I got the job, so I'm still waiting.

Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Question 1
Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
