The hiring manager did her best to diffuse my nervousness and was down to earth as she spoke with me about my previous work history and even about pros and cons about myself. The process was pretty quick and straight forward. I was hired after this interview, which was for a seasonal associate position, and after working there for the season they kept me on.
In person, then a call witg an offer, with an email offer as well, then training on computer and in perosn with another associate. Then on your own for the rest of the tome
Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
