I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Edwardsville, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process went smoothly as it transitioned from a questioning from the HR manager to the assistant manager of the store. The questions asked were your go-to "if this happened, then what would you do" questions with a couple life-experience ones thrown in. Overall, there's no need to prepare for anything as long as you have a good head on your shoulders and can come up with stories on the spot.

Question 1
Describe a time when you were leading a team and realized that the deadline for a project was close to due. How did you manage to pull through?
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
