Expect more than one interview, friendly faces and nothing to be intimidated about! The company is so happy and supportive that they just want to know more about you and see that you're a good fit for the Kohl's team.

They do ask a few typical "HR" questions like "Tell me about a time you did something your regretted and how you handled the situation."
Very easy to talk to and an overall great experience! Everyone was kind and seemed to be engaged throughout the entire process. The interview process was what I expected it to be.

Spoke to Kohl's at my career fair and was invited to their headquarter for their Sophomore summit, which automatically got me a first-round interview. Went back to the headquarters at the end of the summer and had 3 different interviews and had to present a project.
