Interview
I applied online and was called in for an interview a week later. I arrived early and was dressed nicely. The interview went well and I am waiting to hear from them in a few days when my background check clears.

Describe an example of how you have given excellent customer service.
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).
Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself
