I applied through university. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
First there was a short video interview followed by some coding quizzes.
Then onsite there were three 30 minute interviews with other software engineers that asked about experience and the work they did. It was pretty standard. There were no technical questions.

Interview
Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter in the company for a short chat. That went well, so we waited until after the holidays to schedule the next step; a technical interview with 3 senior engineers. Each asked their own questions, and then the engineer within my discipline took me through a technical exercise of reviewing code. I thought I did well enough for my level, and had a pleasant time talking with the interviewers. However, I did not receive any feedback. I reached out via email a week later to both the coordinator and recruiter: no response. Got the automated rejection two weeks later. Please at least be courteous and give an update on the process.
