I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Apr 2010
Interview
You start off with a phone interview, basically the usual basic questions. Once you make it through this you are taken into a interview with an actual branch manager and in my case another recent trainee that was alumni was there as well. There they asked the usual questions as well and finally you move into the final phase which is a group panel in which you give a presentation and then later that day you have the one on one interview again. Same questions as before.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Kohl's (Columbia, SC) in Feb 2018
Interview
I met them at a career fair on campus then interviewed in person on campus a few weeks later. Total WASTE OF TIME. During the interview the lady seemed like she didn't care what I had her say and kept checking her phone like I was being an inconvenience to her. I knew the second I left that I wasn't going to get the job, even though I know that I did well. Don't waste your time here unless you want to feel belittled by people who don't even know anything about you.
