I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
wasn't out of this world, but was thorough.
3 rounds, last round with multiple people. All friendly but not all prepared for an interview.
Before 3rd round ALL behavioral questions. Sent case study to work on for 3rd round.
It was very straightforward and easy to navigate. I was able to answer most of the questions with answers I had prepared for other non-internship job interviews before this. I would say I prepared an normal amount of time and was able to get an offer

Interview

normally pretty easy, best to try to be friendly and make sure know about kohls values. also having a friendly appearance helps. they look for genuine people— not basic answers and over rehearsed answers
