This was for a seasonal job. It was in a group setting with two management staff and 8 of us interviewing, all sitting in a circle. They asked four or five questions and we went around in a circle, starting with someone different each time, giving our answers.

Question 1
I don't remember exact questions but they were easy if you used common sense.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
