It took a few days until I was called for an interview. During the interview, I met with the store manager, who asked me a few questions. And on the following Monday, I began with the training. The training was for about two weeks, and then I was shadowing another accosiate following which, I started on my own.

How would you solve the folowing problem? And a few scenarios were stated.
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
