I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Gratiot, MI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Was a group interview, they went around the room and asked everyone the same question, was very professional, and a good reflection of the store. The store manager conducted the interview and any nerves decreased relatively quick.

Question 1
What is a way to make a customer feel welcome and appreciated in the store?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
