Interview
I was apart of a two part interview. I met the general hiring manager who was well pleased with my appearance and attitude. Next, I met the manager of the store who asked me more questions then the hiring manager but all in all were easy to answer. Both people made me feel extremely comfortable and was able to get through both interviews stress free. This company also does group interviews which i have witnessed but have never been a part of.

Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
