I applied to an online listing on Indeed.com and within a few days received an email from HR asking to have a phone interview. The lady from HR called a few days later. She was very nice and professional and we first went over my resume and job history. Then she asked me why I wanted to work for Kohler and what shift and salary range I preferred. She was very easy to talk to so I didn’t get too nervous and afterwards she set up an in person interview with a supervisor for me. The in person interview also went well and the next week I received an email from HR to do my background check and drug screening. The reports were done in a few days and I got an email letting me know when I could start work.
