I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kolmar Group (Zug) in May 2025
Interview
A lot of questions from their side but no trasparency on the internal situation and practically no salary negotioation: this almost broke the deal.
Later I dicovered that there was no understading of the job from their side and other aspects not lived to the expectations.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kolmar Group (Bridgeport, CT) in Jan 2018
Interview
Basis my experience, the process was poorly planned. The manager and CFO were misleading and lied about the changes they had made and the new infrastructures they were investing to help improve their assets, IT and overall departments.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kolmar Group in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview process was casual, and relaxed. Not difficult at all. Simple questions. Was advised of duties upfront. Was even taken on a tour around the facilty. Very big factory. Can easily get lost your first few days.
