Interview
Typical, phone screen, video interview, in-person interview, in that order. Does not take many interns but good process! The only gripe is that you need to travel for the final interview, but they reimburse you for travel costs.
The normal interview process started as a call to me about a possible Microsoft teams interview and then proceeded to a interview. This turned into a follow up email after interview
