This company shows a clear lack of respect for candidates throughout the interview process.
They collected everyone’s ID cards before the interview even started, and we were left waiting for 30 minutes until the HR finally arrived.
After that, the HR spent 40 minutes just talking about the company’s values and how employees should contribute to the company, like giving a lecture. The actual interview — including individual and group discussions — lasted less than 30 minutes. We then went through Q&A with six managers taking turns.
Overall, it’s not surprising that the company rating is only 1.9.
