They work with recruiters, but not very good ones. If you move forward, make sure to send a thank you note with like 2 hours of the interview (they DEEPLY care about "showing respect," so take from that what you will.)

Tell us about your management style? How do you juggle multiple hot client requests at once/how do you prioritize?
Applied online, received email for availability. First interview was a video call with one person and second was a video call with two different people. They ghosted me after two interviews. It's fine that it wasn't a fit, but be professional and courteous and let the candidate know if you're not moving forward. It takes about one minute.

Interview
After an hour screening interview and an hour interview with a team member, I advanced to a written test and a cognitive evaluation. The timed written test required creating a complete PR strategy for a hypothetical client along with other essay questions. It was intense but I feel like I did a good job. The mental evaluation was absurd. Parts of it would have been more appropriate for kindergarteners. It was about an hour long and included math word problems and multiple-choice questions centered around facial expressions. Upon completion, they said they would make a decision soon. I checked back three times over the next few weeks. At one point, they asked me to be patient because they were still deliberating and then they completely ghosted me. It was extremely unprofessional and odd behavior. A simple email informing me that they went with someone else is the least they could have done after taking up so much of time and making me take their test. Beyond rude.
