I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Rabat) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process began with a sandard application submission (résumé and cover letter), then folowing up with a writing test (where you get to have a document in which questions and indications are layed out and you should demostrate your attention to detail when answering them. Usually it's 2 hours) and an in-person interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process was smooth initially, but it was undermined by being asked my age by the Head of Office. This is not appropriate in a UK interview setting and raises concerns about understanding of employment law and fair hiring practices.
I applied online. I interviewed at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Cape Town) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very strange interview process. They initially make you do a preapplication - I vaguely remember this being a cover letter and CV. And then they invite you to do political quiz to check your political leanings. They then invited me to do a "practical task". I was finally invited to an interview, which they did not bother pitching up to or responding to emails. I ultimately got a generic regret letter. Strange
