1st - Met hiring managers
2nd - Met the managing director with all the managers
They immediately returned after 1st round of interviews but took almost 1 month to get back after 2nd round of interviews which is quite weird! End up never getting any offer but their hiring process is not very professional and also waste the candidate's time.

How do you handle conflicts if your subordinate doesn't like to listen to you?
First of all, Interview with HR, they just ask some basic question such as self introduction. Then, I have Interview with Senior Manager, she will ask some question about FMCG & cosmetics, then have written test. Quite easy.
