A fairly standard multi session interview process with assorted managers. I got the impression that one or more of the interviewers had not read my resume as some of their questions would have been easily answered by the content there and we would have had more time for specifics instead. The conversations seemed to go smoothly though one or two mentioned several brands were doing poorly and they also touched on the planned company split (which is apparently now canceled according to the latest news). It gave me the impression of a lot of internal confusion in the organization.

Question 1
Describe an instance where you went above and beyond for a customer (internal or external).
Phone screen with recruiter to fill new position. She asked basic questions about my previous experiences and interest in the position and Kraft. The interview lasted only 20 min. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

Question 1
Product development experience, why I wanted to work at Kraft
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Glenview, IL) in Jul 2025
Interview
Recruiter asked my availability for a phone screen, scheduled it during the window I asked to avoid, and then arrived 15 minutes late. After a few minutes it became clear they were interviewing me for a position different from the one I applied to, but I was given no notice of this. They sounded totally disinterested and interrupted me multiple times. Unpleasant, unprofessional experience.
