Een zeer snelle en fijne procedure. Het team was erg betrokken en als je vragen had kon je gedurende het hele proces bij ze terecht. Tussen de interviews dronk je ook koffietjes met het team om iedereen te leren kennen en zodat jij het bedrijf ook goed kon leren kennen.

Interview
First, I received an e-mail with the notification is was selected to complete an online assessment. After that, I received a message that the test was sufficient, and a phone interview was scheduled with the recruiter. After that, I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager and the dotted-line manager. I also had separate interviews via Teams with the Managing Director, HR manager and Zone HR Manager. After that, I was called with the job offer! This whole process was during Covid19 and took about 1 month in total (from assessment to offer).

Interview
The interviewer was not willing to listen, interrupted more than once, the whole phone all lasted 7 minutes which is not nearly enough to have a sound perception about a candidate. Being a recruiter myself, the phone interview couldn’t be worse, and the whole experience was really negative and frustrating from a reputable company as Kraft Heinz.
