Amazing interview process. four rounds. They really try to get to know the real you. The last interview was a "super day" where they had candidates create a presentation, and have a panel ask questions. Gave you the opportunity to tour the office, taste test their products, learn from previous trainees.
This is the process for Kraft's Corporate Management Trainee program-- the rotational leadership program for new college grads.
Step 1- Resume drop and IQ/personality test
Step 2- I was invited to complete a 1-way video interview-- they showed a series of questions, I believe I was given ~1 minute per question to think of my answer, and then I recorded my responses. There were some typical behavioral questions about challenges I'd faced in previous positions, one situational question about how I would explain to a manager that I'd failed to meet a revenue target associated with marketing a new product, and a question about which Kraft-Heinz products I personally enjoy. I'm having a little trouble remembering everything that was asked, but I do remember that I was able to find several of the questions ahead of time here on Glassdoor.
Step 3- Two-part Skype interview with a recruiter and an employee who was currently taking part in the trainee program. I believe all of the questions were just standard behavioral questions that were quite similar in content to the ones asked during the 1-way interview; I remember re-using several of my answers. Mostly standard behavioral questions about previous work experience. The only one that caught me slightly off-guard was when the recruiter asked if I'd read anything recently that made me excited or worried about working for Kraft.
Step 4- From reading through previous Glassdoor reviews, it seems like they usually do this final round at their HQ in Chicago. This year (maybe due to the recent unfortunate news about their stock performance?) they apparently decided to scale that back and do the final round over Skype. They requested a 3-minute powerpoint presentation that answered the questions "what have I accomplished?" "what am I doing now?" and "why should Kraft-Heinz hire me?". Honestly, I was soooo happy to be able to do this virtually rather than having to memorize a presentation to give in front of dozens of other candidates.
Still waiting on final decision, but I thought I'd share this info while it's fresh in my mind. I will say that the interview process has generally been pleasant, although definitely very time-consuming. I'm used to companies basically treating me like garbage whenever I apply to entry-level positions, but Kraft HR has been very polite and prompt in sending responses/updates.

Question 1
What excites you about working for Kraft-Heinz? What worries you?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz
Interview
Interview process was seamless, fairly stress-free, and comprehensive. Challenging, for sure, but was definitely one of the more enjoyable processes that I took part in as a post-grad interviewee. It was also extremely comprehensive - the company was interested in you as a person, you as an employee, and all of your background.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2019
Interview
I did a hirevue, campus interview, then an on-site final round interview. Throughout all steps, the process was very smooth. Everyone was extremely nice and wanted you to succeed. The entire process was about 4 months but it took about 3 days after the final round to get back a final decision
