It was a national career fair. The ist interview was held on spot at the booth. The second round was held later on in the day with 4 people from different departments asking questions. Mostly behavioral and situation responses.

Easy going interview. Standard questions. Everyone was very nice and it was all 1 by 1. No panel. Be prepared to answer questions on process improvement you have done in the past.
