Online tests, then group business case. The business case was not that difficult, but the managers only really liked the ambitious candidates. Some companies may prefer the ones who are more cooperative and can involve everyone in the groupwork, but not Kraft Indonesia. One odd question that everyone had to answer was “choose anyone in the team to pass and not pass,” Everyone chose the two guys who had technical problems and it was such a negative atmosphere. The poor guys had to listen to people pick them out because of something inevitable. After our group presented our business case, one manager even asked me what problem we were trying to solve (when we all made an entire presentation about it). Honestly such a different experience compared to other FMCGs I have applied to.

Good. Very focused on culture, products, and values. and Quick response for whether you are moving to the next round. Also, interviewers provided good feedback throughout the process after each interview. Prep documents sent.
Helaas niet door de eerste ronde heen gekomen. Dit waren allemaal games die uiteindelijk je karaktereigenschappen bepalen (parametrics tests). Ballonnen oppompen, geld ruilen, en nog andere spellen (zie youtube voor uitleg).
