I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
First is a phone screen which they will ask you extensive questions about your resume. Then you will have to go to a testing center and take a TABE and Bennett test. If you pass then you have to go onsite and do skills test in their shop ex. welding, rebuild gearbox, pipe fitting and then a automation test. If you pass all those then you get a panel interview with a bunch of managers that ask you personality and situational questions. If you get an offer you have to go through backround, urine and hair follicle test. Then your on probation period for a year. Then after a year you are an official employee.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz
Interview
Interviewed in front of 4 people and it was a very relaxed interview. They will all go around and ask you some questions. Don't be shy and answer the questions on a positive note. Be strong with your answers and relate it to being very mechanically inclined.
