It's a on campus interview, the interviewer is the hiring manager, questions are business related, such as how to identify a right project, how to increase profitability etc.
Thorough and efficient process from start to finish. Interviews were scheduled back to back in person. Couple screens with HR professionals. All in all, a good interview experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Phone screen then another round with a member of the “Agile Finance” Team. Short interview. Guy was very rude. Would not recommend! In a much better job now. Culture stinks.

Phone Screen was somewhat detailed. Asked a lot of questions about current role. Very conversation like, not your typical phone screen. Followed up with Hiring Manager interview, which went neutral. HR Phone Screen person sent me the benefits details after first meeting.
