O processo seletivo do programa trainee foi muito legal, apesar de levar bastante tempo devido ao número de incritos e ser o padrão para programas trainees, os processos foram bem humanizados e tivemos posições das etapas de forma rápida. O processo foi bem legal e tiveram dinâmicas muito interessantes na seleção.
Retiraram obrigatoriedades de inglês e era um programa afirmativo o que deixou o processo diverso.

It is conducted full in English and offline. Also it conducted in a pannel interview, with 3 people, which is 2 HR and 1 usher. the interview process was relax and the questions just like how you do a HR interview. They just want to know about your background, motivation, how you overcome a challenge, and how you overcome in ur lowest time.

A panel interview with one person from HR, one from finance, and one from marketing, conducted with three candidates simultaneously. The session lasts one hour and includes questions such as a general introduction, what is your proudest experience, how do you see yourself in 5 years, what has your previous work experience been, and what challenges do you see Kraft Heinz facing?
