Kraftshala interview questions

Generally 3-4 rounds including assignment. The assignment would include something of the domain you are applying for. The comes the 3 round of interview with the team, manager and the founder at Kraftshala.

I got a call from their HR, she pitched me well to convince me for the interview despite telling initially that i wasn’t interested. Later there booked back to back interview slots, it was so fast , first was a tech round 1 , then tech round 2 where they discuss on the assignment given in tech 1, post which i was given another assignment all of a sudden in tech round 2 , later i got selected for all tech rounds and finally it was the culture fit round, which is usually a formality in most of the companies. Here the CEO kept yawning, yet asked me so many irrelevant questions which has nothing to do with the job role. I felt like i was that primary research subject and they tried extracting info about the companies ive worked for and their clients etc…He wanted to know what i did 7 years back as well as a student. Despite the interview going well, they ghosted me for a few days and when i asked them they told me that i wasn’t selected in the last round and they would like me to be a part time trainer with them..like if they didn’t like me why hire me part time aswell. These people just want to pay less and get the work done. Please dont waste your time here
