Interview
The interview was fine. I applied online and then had a phone screen. Then I had an in person interview with several of the executive leadership. They each covered different ground and I felt that it helped me to get to know them as well.

Question 1
They had me draw a conversion funnel for acquiring new customers on the white board. It was interesting.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Krash (Boston, MA)
Interview
They will tell you all about how they are 100% occupied and that the owner has sold there previous company for 75 million dollars. If you accept the job, you will find out they are never fully occupied and the owner's previous company was sold a year after she was kicked out of her position because she is a horrible manager.

Do you want to have no work/home life balance, this is the job for you. The fact that I interviewed in a vacant apartment should have given me a big enough red flag.
