Selection Process
1. Aptitude Test (Online)
Sections: Quantitative, English & General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning & Puzzles
Total Marks: 60
Duration: 45 minutes
Question Distribution: 20 questions per section (Total: 60 questions)
Marking Scheme: Different marks may be assigned to different questions
Negative Marking: ¼ mark of the assigned marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
Qualification Criteria: Candidates must score 10 points in each section to qualify (Total: 30 out of 60)
2. Simple Coding Test
Duration: 60 minutes
Number of Questions: 5
Qualification Criteria: Candidates must write & execute 3 programs successfully to proceed to the next round
3. Group Discussion
Evaluates communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
4. Syllabus & Study Material: Will be shared with candidates
5. Online Classes: Provided to assist in preparation
6. Exam & Viva/Interview: Conducted based on the DevOps syllabus
7. HR Round: Final evaluation before selection
8. Selection: Candidates who successfully clear all stages will join as Trainee DevOps Engineers
Training Program Terms & Conditions (For Selected Candidates)
Training Duration: 6 months (on-the-job training)
Stipend: ₹17,288 CTC per month during the training period
On the successful completion of 6 months of training with our organization, the particular student will be employed by us with a minimum salary of Rs. 4.2 LPA CTC.
Job Type: On-site (No remote work)
