Interview
Very straight forward most people who get this far seldom leave without a job offer. Generally at least at my location it's laid back and to the point. The questions they ask are geared toward work place compatibility.
Phone screen and in person. HR called and asked a few simple questions. Scheduled a time to meet with the hiring manager for the in person interview. In person interview in store.

easy and simple not too many questions the person asking was not the hiring person but they asked many questions was nice not too chalenging and i got the job and love it great company
Great.The recruiter was very nice.It was an easy process, and I felt very welcomed by the staff.Kroger is a great company.I found that the managers are really involved to make sure everyone has a great day.
