Interview
The interview is heavily geared towards behavioral interview style. How you answer is as much or more important than the answer itself. Research behavioral interviews and be prepared accordingly.

Question 1
You will be asked to give specific examples of demonstrating traits and achievements. Again, they are not as much concerned with details of the answer, as much as how you behave/react/handle the question.

Interview
The interview started with a Behavioral Test to look for certain personality traits, but they told me what the traits were before asking each question. e.g. "This question focuses on putting the customer first." Then, they described the position, gave me a written quiz with 3 technical questions, and allowed me to ask any questions I wanted.
