Applied online through Kroger website. Called within a week to set up an interview. Went to an interview about 2 weeks later, due to my schedule being busy. Interviewed with the Human Resources Manager for the store. Was called back the same day and offered the job contingent on my background check passing. Hired later that week and started working the week after.

No difficult questions were asked. Basically went over my resume and application. Discussed previous work experience and some hypothetical situations on how to handle customers.
Phone screen and in person. HR called and asked a few simple questions. Scheduled a time to meet with the hiring manager for the in person interview. In person interview in store.

easy and simple not too many questions the person asking was not the hiring person but they asked many questions was nice not too chalenging and i got the job and love it great company
Great.The recruiter was very nice.It was an easy process, and I felt very welcomed by the staff.Kroger is a great company.I found that the managers are really involved to make sure everyone has a great day.
