Questions are based upon the corporate leadership model and you may refer to detailed examples of behaviors from entire life history. Questions alternate between interviewers. Answers earn points (no idea how points are determined), but the candidate with the most accumulative points is supposed to be the one hired.

It was fine I guess, I didn't get the job and the guy who they did hire quit after less than a month so I'm not sure how much I trust their hiring process.

Was emailed to come in for a interview and plant tour in a week. Had a panel interview with Plant Manager, HR Manager, Quality Manager, and Superintendent. They went took turn asking the standard interview questions. After that there was a plant tour. Was called the next day to have a phone interview with the Production Manager
