Very easy and laidback. The questions were basic and were just situations. Definitely knew I had the job within the first minute and the person asking the questions was very friendly.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kroger in Jun 2015
Interview
I was looking for a part-time job. I applied on June 30th, received a call the next day to schedule an interview for July 2nd. The interviewer I was suppose to interview with wasn't there so I had an interview with another store manager. Really laid back. She wasn't prepared and didn't have my application in front of her so I told her my current and past work experience. Spent 45 minutes talking about anything other than work. Was offered a part-time position immediately, just have to wait on the drug test to come back. Super fast process for me. Not sure if anyone else will experience the same.
