I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kroger (Grand Prairie, TX) in Mar 2011
Interview
Very informal. I got a call and they told me I could come that same day in my street clothes. The interview was pretty much to see my face and to go over paper work and watch videos. After that I was immediately prompted to do a drug test, which was okay. Once you get a interview I would say that you pretty much got the job if you pass the drug test.
