Over the phone interview along with orientation that is paid for. Took around 2-3 hours to get through most of the training and met with all of the managers throughout interview process.

Interviewed scheduled via email. There was phone interview first. In-person Interview done by the store manager. Just had a small talk about my background, Krogers values, Lakers, Dodgers and Rams.

Easy entry level interview with a few questions. Covering situations that someone may come across. Customer service played a large part of the process. What's your availability throughout the week. Overall easy pleasant experience.
