It was a fairly generic process since they had only one position open
This made the entire (interview/paperwork/hire) process a lot quicker and simpler
After a a couple of discussions with a recruiter I was brought in for interview
There a couple of different teams that work on each aspect of the business, as a contract to hire position I was selected for one primary team - the details of the team and a typical shift were explained in the interview

They asked about previous experience
They asked if I had a problem showing up to work on time
There were a few questions about " a time when..." and "how do you handle.."

Interview
The lead manager of the department took me into a nice meeting room, and asked me questions in a blunt and frank manner while telling me all about the position and duties associated.
