You apply on line, the application is straight forward, and the questions on the test portion repeat themselves, but are all common sense questions. Corporate will call you back to do a phone interview, be respectful, and answer seriously, if they like your answers they will set up an in person interview. if you applied to multiple locations then you will have to ask which one the interview will be located. Bring a copy of your resume to the interview and dress to impress, be cheerful since the company is mostly about customer satisfaction.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
