Interview
Phone Interview and then assessment at an assessment central. The interview was conducted by Hr. and was basic personal info and technical skills. The assessment included tests and a case presentation.

Question 1
Phone Interview: Personal fit, background and reason for application. Followed by short brain-teasers and technical skills in accounting. Assessment was numerical and inductive tests and case interview.
Relatively straight forward, two-part interview process. The first step was a timed written test and the second was a behavioral interview. The written test was 45 minutes, and I had to research a set issue and produce a short written report.

Interview with two employees, very kind they explained what they do and asked something about my background (education, job experience, etc). They did not get back to me to inform me of rejection.

I applied for the intership and then received a mail being shortlisted and they asked me take an online test the next day. I had applied for this program about 2-3 weeks ago
