The first thing that I did was complete a series of Online Tests. After successfully completing these I was invited to a group Assessment Center in person with about ten other applicants.

Laid back interview, talking about the role mostly. a lot of discussion of the history of the firm, but it felt mostly like a chat, talking about the sort of work thats done. no competency questions.
