      Reliability Engineer Interview

      26 Jul 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New Westminster, BC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at Kruger (New Westminster, BC) in Nov 2020

      Interview

Applied Jan 2020 and hear back from the recruiter Nov 2020. I immediately told her that I was not interested, there is no reason for a recruiting cycle to take longer than two months. Not calling candidates back for 11 months is insulting and a waste of everyone's time. If you're going to post a job and people are going to take the time to apply, then actually hire for the job, or at the very least have a real interview process. Stop wasting people's time.
