I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kry (Stockholm, Stockholm) in May 2020
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and received a logic test, 18 question in 15 minutes where given a sequence of four you have to provide the 5th.
They sent me an email I have successfully passed the test and they will be contacting me, but it may take a while as they had a lot of applicants.
After almost two weeks I got a message from LinkedIn that my application won't be moving forward.
That's it. I've never spoken with a recruiter, never had a technical interview or any sort of interview, just a logic test and no feedback at all.
Worst experience of my life, they are no worth it.

Question 1
Given a sequence of 4 square shapes provide the fifth.
Applied for a Platform Engineer role after being contacted directly by the Engineering Manager rather than a recruiter, which already felt like an unusual process.
The interview experience was disorganised overall, with long gaps in communication and no feedback until I followed up myself. The technical round was presented as an open-ended discussion around how I would approach certain problems, but it quickly became clear they were only interested in hearing their own preferred approach.
One of the engineers repeatedly redirected the conversation instead of engaging in a genuine technical discussion, which made the panel come across as inexperienced and somewhat unprofessional. After the technical interview, I was completely ghosted with no feedback or follow-up despite multiple stages in the process.
The company presented itself as highly ambitious, but the interview experience did not reflect a particularly mature engineering culture.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kry (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
First interview with recruiter.
Second interview with engineering manager.
Third interview with team members (mostly clueless about anything besides their tech stack, you could do the test in their stack or stack of your choice).
Actually I had 5 interviews and they still couldn't make up their mind. Before the scheduled 6th interview with another team members, they cancelled and email that they no longer with to proceed.
A week prior, I turned down an offer from another company for focus on Kry (because it's fully remote role).

Question 1
Code was to develop a webapp that polls some http endpoint and store the result. Pretty simple and strange test.
