simple and friendly, usual competency and strength questions, with an assessment. Interview was before start of class, and then interview was given in another room. After which I was encouraged to stay for an hour to see how the class is run and get an idea of my role.

-Do shadowing for two weeks
-Assist with kids with grading and help with homework
- Help with maintenance
- Managers/Owners were strict but other tutors were nice
- Other places might give you a test to see how well you do on the reading and math

Why are you interested in this job? What experience do you have with kids?
Asked me questions about me, what i like, 3 words to describe me and more about my self that they thought was important for them to know. It wasn’t that bad but it also depends on the person intervening you.
Chill, asks background maths and English then do a trial the same day. Quite easy to get especially if you are a recent high school graduate or university student. Trial is simple and questions were simple to answer
