Attended for an interview . in person went well waiting for the feedback. simple formulas and thearoms they have asked. and apart from English communication. Identified and involved all key stakeholders, contributors, business, operations and technical resources that must participate in a project and ensure that contributors are motivated to complete assigned tasks within the parameters of the project plan.

Scheduled meeting with developers, SA’s (System’s Analyst) and testers to collaborate resource allocation and project completion using MS Project.
Pretty easy just questions about the past and many questions regarding tests that they give you to prove this you have what it takes to be a tutor for Kumon

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kumon in Sept 2015
Interview
They ask you a couple questions on how well you can work with children. Afterwards they give you a math test and then allow you to sit down and try it out to see if its a fit for you.
