I applied through emailing my resume, had a basic interview, did a classroom trial, and got the job about 1 week later. As long as you have basic academic skills, it is not hard to get this job. All my co-workers were high school students.

What is your biggest strength and biggest weakness?
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
