Two minute interview. They make you take a placement test after they ask you availability and experience. Experience isn't needed, they train you on grading by using the teacher manual.
in person interview where you meet the manager and discuss your resume. Talk about working with children and explaining to parents on home work and supervision. Schedule and wage is discussed
