The entire process was actually quite straightforward and easy for me, primarily because I was already volunteering at the organization, which gave me a level of familiarity with the staff and operations. Since they had already seen my work ethic and commitment firsthand, there wasn’t much of a formal interview process. They mainly asked me a few questions about my academic background, the credentials I held at the time, and any relevant experience I might have had that would contribute to the role. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal evaluation.

15 minute phone call discussing relevant skills and experience. Communicating expectations and responsibilities. Preferences on days to work and hourly pay was also conversed. Very casual and enjoying interview process
