The interview was very easy! They asked basic behavioral questions and wanted to see if you were qualified. They also make you take a math test to see your math comprehension, try to get all of them correct, and take the least amount of time.

There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.
